How do I book my desert tour?
To confirm your booking, a small deposit of 100€ is required. You can pay by credit card or PayPal. Once the deposit is received, your tour is officially reserved.
How do I pay for my Morocco desert tour?
The deposit is paid online. The remaining balance is paid in cash (EUR, USD, or MAD) to your driver at pick-up.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The balance is paid on the first day of the tour when the driver picks you up.
Which currency should I use during the tour?
You may use EUR, USD, or Moroccan Dirhams. We recommend MAD for small expenses like drinks, snacks, and tips.
What is the difference between a Private and Shared tour?
Private tours offer full flexibility and personalized service. Shared tours have a fixed itinerary with a small group and cost less.
How many people are in a Shared tour?
Our shared tours are limited to 8 people maximum to keep the experience comfortable.
What if no one else joins the Shared tour?
The tour will still run as long as the minimum of 4 participants is reached. If not, we offer alternatives or an upgrade option.
Is there a difference in accommodation?
No. Both private and shared tours include comfortable hotels and luxury desert camps.
Can I upgrade my camp or hotel?
Yes, you can upgrade to luxury accommodations on request.
Do the camps have electricity for charging?
Yes, all luxury camps provide electricity for charging phones and cameras.
Is there Wi-Fi in the desert?
Some camps offer limited Wi-Fi, but we encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful disconnect.
Should I bring my own towel?
No, towels are provided at all hotels and camps.
What happens to my luggage during the camel ride?
Your luggage stays safely in the 4×4 vehicle, which meets you at the camp.
How hot is the desert in Morocco?
Summer temperatures can reach 45–50°C (113–122°F). Winter nights can be cold, around 5°C (41°F).
How much does a desert tour cost?
Prices depend on the season, number of travelers, and accommodation category.
What should I pack?
Comfortable clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a jacket for evenings, and closed shoes for walking.
Is Morocco safe for travelers?
Yes, Morocco is considered safe. Tourist areas and desert routes are well-traveled and monitored.
What should I wear in Morocco?
Light clothes during the day and something warm for the evening. Modest clothing is recommended in villages.
When is the best time to visit Morocco?
